Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process for conflict resolution that focuses on the needs and relationships between the parties involved.

The goal is to clear up misunderstandings and reach an agreement acceptable to all parties. I am particularly experienced in family and couples mediation, sibling conflicts, and inheritance disputes.

BUSINESS MEDIATION

For years, I have successfully supported companies in business mediation, both internally and between companies. Conflicts between employees and managers, within teams, and between companies are resolved to restore productivity.
The aim is often to resolve disputes out of court quickly and cost-effectively.

CONFLICT-
COACHING

Conflict coaching is focused, individual support to strengthen resilience in conflicts.

The aim is to sustainably improve the skills & resilience in dealing with conflicts and to develop and implement effective strategies for dealing with, distancing yourself from and coping with the behavior of a conflict-prone counterpart.

I'm fortunate enough to be able to work with both SMEs and large, publicly listed companies, which continually enriches my experience. I work for the private sector, as well as for public administration and the social economy.

I often coach top managers who are already at the top of their organizations, but also high potentials and young managers who are on their way to the top.

In mediation, I regularly assist private individuals in various forms of family conflicts or in resolving inheritance disputes.
